Wii Fit in San Francisco

Staying fit on the road no longer has to be boring, at least according the custom-designed Wii console at The Westin St. Francis fitness center.
The motion-sensitive Wii remote controller gets your blood pumping while you play interactive games such as tennis, golf, baseball, bowling and boxing. You can also do yoga, strength training and balancing activities.
The program, called BrainBody Fitness, is offered at The Westin St. Francis 4,600 square foot health spa.
