This is a super-relaxing prelude to any treatment and consists of warm and cold plunge pools, steam and sauna rooms in both the women and men's changing areas.
As an added plus, the women's area includes a relaxing aromatherapy room.
By the time you get on the massage table at Mandara Spa, you will already be deeply relaxed.
